Un micro, un ampli, un bon public. Pour Oniisan, il en faut peu pour être heureux. Et pour emmener une salle loin, très loin, aux confins d’une musique fébrile et multiforme influencée par le hip-hop et l’électro, le reggae comme la pop ou le ragga.
Composé de deux touche-à-tout talentueux, Speaker B et Keumart, ce groupe de musiciens passionnés et passionnants a mis au point un show de beatbox qui renouvelle le genre. Loin de la simple performance vocalo-organique les deux complices, plusieurs fois primés champions en battle, ont eu à coeur de sortir des sentiers battus en allant chercher aux fond d’eux-mêmes le ton juste, la référence humoristique qui pique, la mélodie qui entraîne forcément le public. En alliant leur beatbox, qu’ils considèrent comme un véritable art de la communication, à d’autres disciplines inattendues (théâtre, danse, comédie,…) ils proposent une partition originale qui fait mouche à chaque fois. Leur secret tient en quelques mots : un concept appliqué, sans aucun artifice et surtout, une alchimie parfaite entre eux comme avec leur public.

And to take a room far, very far, to the fringe of a feverish music of many faces, influenced by hip hop and electronic music, reggae as well as pop or ragga.

Composed of two talented jacks of all trades, Speaker B & Keumart, this band of passionnate and fascinating musicians has developed a beatbox show that renews the genre.

Far from the simple vocal/organic performance, the two accomplices – primed as champions in battles – wanted to think outside the box by looking deep into themselves to find the right tone. The humoristic, acid reference, a catchy melody.

By allying their Beatbox -that they consider as a true form of art and communication- to other unexpected disciplines (theater, dance, comedy…), they propose an original partition that hits the target every time.

Their secret can be resumed to a few words : a painstaking concept, with no artifice and, a perfect alchemy in the group and, thus, with the audience.
